You may also register with Greydoorbooks Pty Ltd as you place an order. It is always possible to later adjust your preference, or unsubscribe, by Logging On to our site and altering your selection in the ‘Top Ten list’ section of the User Options page.
Loyalty Program
The Rewards Program is simple it entitles you to receive a $15 credit for every $165 you spend with Greydoorbooks Pty Ltd. To unsubscribe from the Rewards Program, either simply click on the link at the bottom of any greydoorbooks loyalty email you receive.

We are happy to credit or exchange any damaged books within 14 days, provided we receive notification upon receipt. Returns will be approved at our discretion, a postage paid envelope will be sent for the return of the damaged article.
Please email returns@greydoorbooks.com with notification of the items and reason for the return and we will respond with instructions on how to proceed.
Order Cancellations
You may cancel your orders online at any time by Logging On to the website with your username and password and proceeding to the User Options page. Contained within is a link to 'Orders Pending' where you can alter your dispatch method, delete items from your order or delete your order altogether.

If you would like to unsubscribe from any of Greydoorbooks Pty Ltd communications, programs or clubs either;
